We are currently renovating a beautiful 3 storey brick building, which used to be a furniture factory back in the 60’s. The building is located just a few minutes away from St Pieter train station in Ghent (BE).

The new space will from now on, host our private art studios, a project room which will be dedicated to multiple activities and be open frequently to the public through the organisation of exhibitions and events, and a residency space.


We decided to keep a bit of space for others, an intimate space to invite people, events and new opportunities.
We are looking to enable different propositions to happen, to be able to host, meet and share. We want to generate active relationships and dialogue with our community, (artists or non/artist). Through those exchanges, we are looking to forge and create meaningful links together.

in the project space, anything can happen! (art exhibitions/ film nights/ tiny concerts/ poetry readings
dinners/dance performances, artists presentation and dialogues, ect...

the artist residency, a 40 m2 space, will host artist for short term periods (from 1 week to 1 month).

The way the renovation is taking place is by minimal targeted and limited interventions, nothing fancy.

We wanted to keep the essence of this brick building. By building and designing the space mainly ourselves, we are incorporating materials that will enable us to reach the economical and the practical.
The renovation will be finished by the summer of 2025.
